Maybe, but I think you should try to ask her for her number over Facebook or whatever, if you haven't already. If you don't keep in contact with her, she might forget about you (about how you/she liked her/you). So try to talk to as much as possible. If you don't, she might end up think that you were just a friendly guy, but didn't really like her or she might think that you lost interest in her

Ask her for her number or talk to her on Facebook and see if you can hang out, then it shows her that you are interested in her. :)

Well if she is always with her friends, then ask for some private time, like go on a date. If the date goes well, then keep going on more dates. And if you guys feel like you want to start a relationship, then go for it! Go into a relationship! Can take some time, but much better than rushing in and leaving quickly!
