Lump on chest

Hi people i'm 13 and I have a lump on my chest. I don't know if it's normal or what but it is on a bone right above my ribs. It recently got bigger and I don't know what it is, thought I heard it could be a sign for cancer. Can someone tell me what this is?

P.S I eat and eat but you can always still see my ribs :(
