does anyone have 1 ball bigger than the other . ive had an op on mine and 1 nut is almost double the size , is anyone else in the same boat ?

I don't have this, though it's just as normal as some girls having one breast bigger than the other, so it's nothing to worry about, if its a little bigger. On the other hand, if it really is double the size then I'd suggest seeing a doctor about this, because double the size isn't normal. Some say it could be an early sign to testicular cancer if one testicle has become swollen.

no 2 balls are the same size. I have one that is quite a bit bigger than the other but if you had an op on one that may be the reason for the amount of differance. I wouldn't worry about it.

Mine are same size, never saw anyone with one 2X bigger than the other. I play sports, so I've seen a lot of guys junk

It is very unlikely that they would be the exact same size, but one being twice the size of the other is unusual. Swelling of a testicle can be a sign of testicular cancer, though it can also be benign. You might want to ask your doctor, especially if they used to be the same size and one grew.

like i said i previously had an operation as i had fluid on one of them so in thinking it may just be scar tissue

Mine are pretty much the same size. Put it this way, I never noticed a difference, so they've gotta be very similar in size. However, I don't think it's a problem.

Honest answer: If both of your balls are the same size, you probably have prostate cancer.
