Oh wow, another night, at least the 7th in a row where I can not fall asleep before 2am. This is getting very hard for me because I really need to wake up early some days and it gets really hard to stay awake and still I can't fall asleep. I really don't know what to do. I was diagnosed with insomnia but they just gave me some suggestions that really don't work. I have tried everything from sleeping pills to taking baths before bed and nothing works. Any suggestions?

I don't have insomnia from what I know but I do have some problems sleeping sometimes because I've completely fucked up my sleeping cycle. It's hard to sleep before 12. Some have suggested me to go to sleep really early like close to the end of the afternoon. Also, to stay up a night or two and stay up a bit more until the time you want to go to sleep. Maybe these will work. I hope they do if you try it out.

Don't watch TV in bed and don't eat anything sweet or drink coke or pepsi before bed time :)

I'm not sure if posting links is against forum rules; if so, I'm sorry.
