So I have seen on a few occasions that some members have no 1000+ face or 2500+ face or anything like:

But everybody else looks like this:

Why is that?

If I'm right then it's because they're currently under moderation, don't quote me on that but hey, if I'm not then it was as good a guess as any :P

I mean everything they do has to be moderated, posts, VM's, everything (I assume). I know I posted in a thread where there were only 2 posts to begin with but when I looked half an hour later there was also before me by Origami. This might have been caused by too many infractions. Meh, i'm not completely sure. I'll let people that actually know answer this.

Yes, those of us without a post face are currently under a level of moderation or restricted site access due to breaking the VT rules.

This includes, but not limited to (as it may vary from user to user) but, having no PM privileges, limited VM privileges, posts placed under approval, no access to usage of BBCode within signatures [I assume this changed since my sig reappeared], and the inability to edit our own posts.
