I like to try and stay healthy but at least once a week I indulge. It has been an addiction of mine for as long as I can remember. CHOCOLATE.
I have been known to eat several family sized bars of cadburys chocolate in a single sitting once a week, then I spend the rest of the week feeling guilty and doing more. The longer I go without chocolate the more I want it then when o finally give in I eat more in one go.
I do not indulge in any other foods but I over indulge with chocolate.
Any ideas how to break this cycle
