Is my neighbor Bisexual? (long story)

So im just wondering. But I have this neighbor that sometimes comes over, we like the play video games, but from what he does to me confuses me. When im on my laptop laying on my stomach on my bed, my friend sometimes lays on his stomach too, and when that happens he sometimes puts his arm over me and just watch me play minecraft, and sometimes when im on my back he just sometimes randomly likes to gives me massages (p.s. Hes really good at massaging). Ooh and one time he grabbed my face cheeks and pinched them, while pinching them he said "You're so cute". When we're just walking down the hallway he sometimes slaps my bum, and I do the same. We cuddled once while we're watching a tv show. He once took my phone secretly while I was playing the xbox, I heard my phone vibrate and guess what, I looked back cause it was a text message, I wanted my phone back to see what it had said, he was laying on his back on my bed, so I layed down next to trying to get my phone back, he had a strong grip on it, so I just stopped and let him go through my phone, while he was going through it I had my hand on his chest, and i didnt even noticed i had it there till i just started to let him go through my cell. I started to move my hand slowly down to his belly button, i noticed but the more closer i moved my hands to his groin, he had this smile on his face, soooo I just kinda stop going downer and downer, so i just beganed patting his stomach. I know this is long, but tell me. Is he bisexual? Or does he wants to explore even farther? Im a 16 year old guy, and he's a 15 year old guy.

to me it just sounds like a bromance, for all we know he could indeed be bisexual/gay but noone could make a clear analysis simply based on the evidence.
it sounds like hes just an affectionate guy, or doesn't view those kind of things as crossing the line, anyway goodluck :)

He could be bisexual or gay, but there is no way that anyone will be able to tell you for sure based on limited information. The only way that you could actually know is to ask him.

The best thing for you to do is to just ask him, if you explain why you think it and make sure that you give good reasoning, or he may get offended, then he will be fine with it I'm sure.

He could just be playful/curious. I had a friend who did a similar sort of thing. Sounds to me like he is camp and considers himself the alpha male. He might be hinting at you though, if I were you I'd play along unless it makes you uncomfortable. It may be a good idea to ask him but be discreet. Sounds like fun though

Yeah - as with most of the other posts on her, I'd say that you should ask him, it would do no harm as from reading the post it already seems as if he is either very open-minded or is attracted to you specifically or guys in general.

I agree you should ask him but you have to be very carful how, be nice give him the reasons why you think that and make sure that he knows that even if he is, it makes no difference in your friendship. be nice, be understanding and if he says hes not, dont push it
