What are the symptoms of Carpal tunnel, and do you know any remedies of relieving the pain? I think I'm starting to get some from unhealthy typing breaks and incorrect posture :(

Carpal tunnel syndrome falls under the over use bracket and has very similar symptoms as RSI ( repetitive strain injury - caused by over use of keyboards, secretaries and student are most typically sufferers) however carpal tunnel gOes on and cause problems at night.
Some facts about CTS:
Is due to compression within the wrist, is caused my the band of tissue protecting the median nerve tightens causing pain from shoulder to finger tip.
Does not affect little finger
Can cause: numbness, tingling and loss of grip in the first four digits of hand ( fingers n thumb excluding your pinky)
Is most common: with old age, pregnancy, stress, being obese
Least common: in teenagers and people under 34
Treatment:
First you are advised to take ibuprofen to reduce inflammation
You may be advised to have blood tests to find a cause ( eg hormone imbalance or thyroid problem)
Splints may be recommended for night and sometimes strenuous activities
If symptoms persist:
Cortisone injections maybe given
A operation to sever the tissue in the carpal tunnel is last result

Can't disagree with Lauren, she summed it up well. My advice would to get it checked out by your GP for a confirmed diagnosis and treatment if necessary.

If you are diagnosed with CTS and given strict instructions on exercise and support aids follow that to the letter as it can prevent you having to go under knife, 1 in 4 people find it will cure itself after a year of physio instruction
