Erect Penises can fracture!

Was talking to a friend the other day and she told me that an erect penis can "fracture" so be carefull everyone!

It's incredibly rare, though. An erect penis isn't a muscle nor a bone, it's just organ tissue. It will happen when the penis is hit backwards into the pubic bone.

I've heard this too. It's not a fracture, but it would hurt I guess if someone went at it with enough force.

This can happen though it is very rare. It can be caused by any sudden and severe trauma to the penis. It isn't really a fracture since there is no bone though the symptomes are very similar to fracturing a bone, hence the name. The symptomes usually include a loud popping sound, bruising of the penis an surrounding area and intense pain. This is a serious injury and if it occurs you should go to your doctor or the emergency room immediately.

It's not a fracture in the same sense as a bone fracture, but it's still a serious injury. The vascular tissue tears and causes either bruising or bleeding.
