Okay, so I went to an amusement park and it stayed at a constant 85-90 degrees all day and I was there two days, and I got sunburned both days, and I also still had sunburn from a few weeks ago at the pool, what helps the best but still allows the tan to come out?

Keep yourself fully hydrated at all times (drink about 3 liters of water a day). Apply moisturizer or aftersun to the burned skin in the morning and at night. Finally, no more sun for at least a week.

Thanks, I got some aloe vera and aftersun treatment, and trust me, I won't be going outside for the next 8543549 years.

Stay out of the sun, hydrate yourself, use aloe, and cover it with a dressing as though it were a wound if it's really bad. This will help to make it less painful.

Drink lots of water and keep your skin well hydrated at all times. Watch for any blisters or signs of infection. It any blisters form, cover them with a bandage and keep the clean to prevent infection. Treat any infections with antibiotic cream or see your doctor.

Stay out of the sun while it heals, ideally for at least a week. If you must go outside, wear sunscreen and reapply it often. The burn should go away within about a week or two.
