Spots on penis head.

I'm un-cut.

I looked up about it before, and got the answer of 'penile papules'. I'm not sure if they are, though.

They're these tiny spots in groups. Two groups. They don't sting, hurt, or puss.

They sit on the penis head. I can only see them when erect, unless I pull my foreskin back; then I can see them.

I don't want to see the doctor, but apparently they're harmless and natural.

If they are around the rim of the head, there is a good chance they are pearly penile papules, however, if the are on the head itself, then they are not. So where exactly are the "bumps"

They're near the rim. They're not on the glands, they're on the skin NEAR the glands.

If they are something you're worried about, then you should see a doctor, they won't scowl you for being cautious. It could be papules, and if they have been there your whole life that is probably normal. They don't hurt or bleed or anything do they?
