foreskin and gland. please advise

Sometimes I retract my foreskin and leave it. My gland then dries and goes all shiny. doing this kinda turns me on and makes me horny. Does anyone else do it?
Is this OK or is is in some way dangerous?

I'm sure it's fine. Lots of guys are circumcised and have a glans that is always exposed.

Ive never tried it but becarful with your glands drying up.

I have done this and and enjoyed the pulled-back feeling. But when the glans got dry, and then re-covered by the skin, it would itch for awhile. :-(
