I leave it natural, my don't have much hair at all and the hair above my penis is not much, so there's no reason to shave. I have trimmed above my penis the odd time, but that was only because of oral sex and it really wasn't needed.

Yes I do as I swim heaps it is also much cooler
I use a gillet trple blade razor or a wet/dry battery thing, sometimes the regrowth get a but itchy/scratchy but thats just a minor thing.
