Hello everyone! So I'm new to this whole website thing, but definitely not new to photography. Anyways, I recently took sports portraits and group shots for my school tennis team, before school got out (May 5??). I was not going to be able to retouch all the photos and print them in time to return their order to them in person before the last day of school, so I set up a neat little website where they could go and order prints of many sizes and look at what they were actually going to buy. The prices were really reasonable compared to the last year prices. I set an order deadline of June 12 and extended it through Friday the 15th because only one person ordered (the coach :/). Now that both deadlines are up, I have received a lot of questions as to why they cannot order photos online. I sent an order form home with every player informing them of the prices, the deadline, yada yada, also giving them the choice to mail the order form back with a check. What are your opinions on the whole situation? Should they still be able to order photos? When is too late actually too late? I don't want to be doing orders for months. Thanks so much for your help!
