I was waiting for a test to begin the other day and we were all messing around and one girl stuck her tongue out at me after I said something sarcastic, not mean or anything. Another girl who I am good friends with lent over and said it meant she likes me. The girl who said that is a joker and she didn't say it very serious, and I didn't take it seriously either. I played along and went with her joke. But, it got me thinking, does it actually mean anything?

It could mean she likes you, I don't think you can tell from just that, has she done anything else to make you assume that she likes you? Sometimes girls tend to be playful when they like you so this could be the same principle.

She's not a very serious person, but can be when she has to.

I thought she likes me. It seems like she is more physical with me more then other people. In our lab period there was always a lot of contact. In lunch she sat at another table but sometimes came over to mine. She was also good friends with the guy who sat next to me and sometimes she would put one forearm on my shoulder and one on his and lean on us. Also when she looked at me or when we spoke to each other she would tip her head down a little but she always made lots of eye contact. I had not ever seen her tip her head down when she talked to other people. Most of the time she would get big purples when she talked to me.

I really don't think so. I do it all the time and it doesn't mean shit. It may mean she feels comfortable around you, but I doubt she would do that if she was trying to seem appealing to you as a potential girlfriend.
