Two of my friends have said they have Spots on the side of the penis and on the balls and I'm worried incase I get them !!! What are they ???

You won't get them unless you participate in intercourse with them. The symptoms are in the sticky I linked you too. Do some more research about it, I'm surprised your school has not taught you about this.

Just remember that some conditions known as STIs can also be transmitted through non-sexual means.
