You can't force semen back into the body once it's almost at the end of the urethra. And it won't damage "the inside of your cock", it will damage the vas deferens, which is not the penis. Even this (http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_happens_if_you_stop_semen_to_come_out_from_the_penis) person on wiki answers says it could potentially explode from the pressure, it's a one-way system. Never ever advise that. The release of semen is done internally, not externally. Either it will be released or it will not. It is not something you control.

Orgasm and ejaculation are not quite the same thing though for a guy who is able to ejaculate they normally happen together.

For someone who is not yet able to ejaculate having an orgasm without ejaculation is certainly possible.

For me, normally the orgasm and ejaculation happen together though there have been occasions, particular when doing stop & go, when the timing has slipped slightly so that for example I may start ejaculating while still approaching the orgasmic peak. With practice it may be possible to learn to separate them and I think some eastern texts advocate it but I have never been motivated to pursue this as I like ejaculating with my orgasm.

Suffice to say it is a bad idea. If you are worried about the mess then it is better to get prepared by having something to wipe up with/squirt into or by doing it in the shower rather than try to block the semen from coming out.
