On what you need to do is more than your regime u need to run lift and everything else

Hey Joshua, don't worry
Try to drink water as much as you can. Don't eat bulk at one time. eat small portion in small interval of time. Eat fresh fruits. Do atleast half an hour of exercise. I hope this tips can help you.

You can do it, just do it the right way. Slow and easy wins the race. Take it one meal at a time so you don't get overwhelmed..

If you can manage it, cardio (running, walking, any excercise that gets your heart rate up) is great for weight loss. The excercises your currently doing are good for muscle, but they're not the greatest excercises to achieve weight loss.

Drink a lot of water, munch on lots of fruits and veggies. As another user said, the best way to avoid over-eating is to have small meals at regular intervals. Only eat when you're hungry; not when you're bored.

It seems like a lot, but really, once you get the hang of it, it's not bad. And as for time management, that'll take some work on your part. You have to make sure to allocate some time for excercise every now and then, even if it's just a little bit.

It has nothing to do about how much you excersise. Skip all the things you dont need to eat, such as candy and other unhealthy things. Change to Diet coke since there isnt any calories and start thinking about your eating habits. It's either this or start running, very much.

It's easier not eating that choclate bar than burning the calories you get from it.
