Hey guys :)
Recently I've had some sleeping problems. School is over so I go to bed later than usual, often around 2 am. The problem is that I always wake up around 7-8 am so I don't get much sleep and I get very tired during the day.
I've had this problem for about a month or so but it's kinda starting to become a problem.

So what should I do? Sorry if its a stupid question hehe :)

You mean 7-8am...right? Try going to bed earlier. Don't drink caffeine before bed, and try to make yourself exhausted during the day. That way, you can get the proper amount of sleep.

Yeah lol sorry just edited.
Don't really want to go bed earlier since I don't think it's needed. I've always gone to bed around that time so it's wierd that I do't get any sleep now.
I never eat or drink anything before I go to bed except water.
