Bud the only way to know for sure is to go to a doctor. If you are concerned then book an appointment for a GP. A sign would include pain and/or lumps in that region.

A way to check yourself is to feel if there are any lumps on them, the lumps would be hard and misshapen. Testicular cancer is very rare at your age unless you have been x-raying your testicles a lot recently. Just try and relax, nothing good can come from worrying about somthing your not even sure of. I have gone through several issues I thought where cancer but it just turned out to be a swollen lymph node and teenage paranoia LOL
