Well, different people believe different things about sexuality. you'll have to ask your father what his views are (but remember that people don't always practice what they preach.)
Personally, I don't think it's a sin. You should only keep it a secret if you think you will run into trouble because of your sexuality.

It's a sin if you personally think it is, I don't think that it could ever be a sin. However, your father is religious which may cause it to be a little a bit harder to come out, and things like that. You can't change who you are so, how can something you don't choose be a sin? It can't really. Like Alex said, ask him his opinion of homosexuality and based on that do you decide to keep it secret.

Regardless--

Homosexuality is viewed as sinful by some religious orders, other denominations don't have a problem with it. On whole, outside of what some religions would have people believe, there is nothing wrong with homosexuality.

Honestly, there is absolutely nothing wrong with being bi. If you believe the bible it says that people who are gay are unnatural and sinful, but this was written in the days when people were put to death for stealing fruit, it is just wrong. You have not harmed yourself nor anyone else, therefore it is not a sin. As for your dad, ask his opinion on homosexuality. A lot of religious people don't have a problem with homosexuality. You don't have to tell him if you don't want to. And it's probably easier to hide being bi than it is being gay.

Lots of things are sins but Jesus still loves everyone. And I don't think being bi is as sinful as something like an axe murderer.
