So ummm... This morning i wokw up and really had to crap...but when i tried it was really painfull, and some diareia like stuff came out...when i wiped my but was swollen...and all day i have been trying to use the bathroom and nothing... I have even taken ex lax...sadly the only result is a swollen raw butt... What the hell is wrong... And if it helps for the last three days i have eaten about a quart of yogurt

CONSTIPATIOn. The lactose er lactate, one or the other makes you poop basically. A little bit of castor oil should do the trick. WARNING !!!! After taking even a teaspoon, you'll seem to be living in the bathroom. Your but may be raw, but it will do the trick

Sounds more right than the other person, I believe they have creams to help sooth the pain, but it won't cure it, just help to give you some comfort till it goes away on its own.

Yeah, it's probably a hemorrhoid. Go to a doctor, just to be sure though. It may be something serious.
