Hi everyone. I'm sure that the vast majority of active members here have, at one time or another, used the Flashchat, and have been frustrated by it's lag or multiple flaws. In my opinion, we should switch from Flashchat to an IRC channel. (Internet Relay Chat)
The Flashchat we have right now is packed with pointless bells and whistles that just slow things down, and with all the different backgrounds and things like that, people are always bugging eachother to switch to a font color/size that is more readable on thier set-up of the system. : /
An IRC is simple and effective, and with downloadable clients like mIRC, you don't need your browser to access the chat. It's a bare-bones chat system, which is all we really need.
