It rarely hurts me at all to take it. But I think it's because my friend and I started doing it so young. We were both 12 so we weren't that big yet. I guess we kind of grew into it so I have no trouble taking a full size now.

anatomicaly speaking i think it's designed as a one way passage and if you try to force anything in against the direction in which it's intented it's got to hurt like hell especially the first time but to each his or her own .
