View Full Version : Is this good?

I recently was at my grandparents house the other day, and while I was taking a shower, I noticed my grandpa's Androgel (testosterone gel) laying on the counter. I knew what it was, and I was curious to see what it would do to my body (I'm 7/10 finished with puberty). So I got a pump-full of it, and rubbed it into my hands and my shoulders. The first few days, nothing happened, but on about the fourth day after I took it, I started to notice my penis was significantly larger, I had small hairs on my upper lip (I used to have just peach fuzz), and about 25% more thicker and darker hairs on my leg.

I'm not really sure what I should do. Any ideas?

umm you might wanna talk to a doctor, cause its not made for someone doing fine through puberty.

It's not meant for people our age so i wouldn't do that again if I was you.

But all it does is give you testosterone, and isn't that basically what puberty is? Your body develops testosterone, and it makes you grow hair, gain muscle, increase of genitalia size, etc?

This is such bullshit! What's the point of this. This obviously didn't happen...

Yea sounds like a troll but if it's not its a really bad idea. It's a drug and it's a bad idea to take drugs without a doctor's advise because they know better what it might do to you.

No drug makes you magically turn into a man in a day

Actually, I've never heard of the substance before, but it is possible to artificially increase testosterone levels and such, and during the right stages of puberty, I suppose it could have some interesting effects. However, it sounds unpredictable and could have bad side-effects. So I would advise you to let it alone. Besides, the concept of you using his testosterone gel is kinda messed up in the first place.

Though you didn't have to be so crude about it, I actually agree. I don't think the penis stuff happened, I only think that your hairs became darker on your leg. I mean, you say you were 7/10s done with puberty, so all the stuff you mentioned, most of it should have already happened. The rest of puberty is just growing and developing more hair. You don't seem too worried, it seems more about showing off about some 'magical' product which only adds testosterone unnaturally into the body. If this did happen, there's nothing you can do. It's not that much of a hard concept to grasp; if something bad happens, don't use it again. You shouldn't have used something which you clearly seemed to know a lot about and was made for people of a different age.

Edit: And to add on, it seems very unlikely that at the age of 13, you are 7/10 done with puberty.

I agree. Why would anyone post a lie on an internet forum? That's just ridiculous. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

There is a real substance that contains testosterone in gel form that's rubbed onto the back. People who have unbalanced hormones take it to artificially balance themselves out. Family members of mine have taken it before because they were unbalanced.

To the writer, by using this substance you are unnaturally putting far more testosterone in your body than it's used to and than what should be there. You may have upset your chemical balance.

I have no idea what that would do, I'm not a doctor, but chemical balances in the body are REALLY important and REALLY fragile. Don't do it again or you may permanently fuck up your body. And you should really consider speaking to a doctor about what you did.

I agree

Who do you all think you are? And what makes you think that you're so far above another user to call them out unjustifiably and tell them that what they're saying is bullshit? Are you God? Do you know everything? No.

I don't want to see any more of this bullshit, and if there is more, infractions will be handed out. This is a help site, if you don't want to help, don't post. Get a grip.

Thank god for moderators like Mike. Coming down on him is wrong...and to the poster, I think you should really see a doctor if things are happening because as has been said, it is not meant for someone our age...Heck our testosterone is in full bloom after all and adding more, if it did, is not good...only a doctor can tell you any other side effects
