Uh well you could stat working out like i havent done. im pretty ig myself but thats off topic. it depends on what you want to make stronger your whole body or just your arms and legs or what? if you were to literally touch my arm it is literally hard as a rock. i dont really feel pain in my arms either. of course i got that from splitting wood for the winters because my dad wont buy a log splitter so i do it all by hand. Splitting wood is actually really good exercise(If your useing a 20ILB maul and 30ILB sledge hammer like i am its a fucking work out. i can go for about an hour strait then i have too stop but you get the point.

hey, i don't think it sounds sad at all. i want to be a pro boxer.
okay, this probably isn't what you want to hear but the main way to get rid of weight is your diet. yeah, exercise will help you build muscle but its not really going to help you lose weight like changing your diet will.
i think what you should do first is sign up to a calorie counting website like myfitnesspal or something like that. track everything you eat and log all your exercise. just do everything like you normally would for a couple of days then you can asses it and see what you need to do.
its going to depend a lot on what your family eat. do they normally eat pretty healthy? for the last couple of years i've pretty much made my own lunch and dinners so i can eat the way i want. (cooking is not that hard).
if you are really overweight then i'd just recommend walking for exercise at first. don't try and kill yourself going all out at the gym or anything. try and do the 10,000 steps a day thing (you'd need to get a pedometer for that, but i think there are aps you can get for your phone that do the same thing)
seriously, if you just cut some calories and walk more, i promise you really will lose weight.

if u want to lose your fat.than i will suggest u that no more eating.and no eat oily food.because if u eat oily food and u dont any walk than u will feel that there are more fats in your body.and u can gain your muscles when you leave oily food and daily go for walk.and for muscles gain u can join gym.

Check out the stronglifts 5x5 program, you first eat 500 extra calories than what you burn, then after 3 months of the program, you cut and create a calorie deficit.

hey, thanks for this. i checked it out earlier when i 1st read your post. I've been working out with my dad, uncle and friend, they're all trying to bulk up. I'm trying to regain what i lost when i broke my jaw in Feb this year. I think they might be a bit pissed with me for changing the program, but this looks way better. i've got a typical boxer physique, like fairly decent traps, lats, and biceps etc, but pretty skinny legs. i think all those squats will help balance me out a bit more. (tho i've heard people say weight lifting and boxing are incompatible but i don't really believe that, the more you can lift the harder you can punch surely?)

Yes I agree (about boxing and lifting be comparable). I'm currently on my 2nd week of the program, and it really is the easiest program to stay motivated on, each workout takes only 20-30 mins and you get great results. The program will cause fat gain, but that's why you cut for a month after. I've been talking to a trainer, and he said after I do the program, I should lose about 4-5% body fat during the cut. I'm doing it a faster way, cause I've talked to trainers and they said that they cut after 6 months of working out, and they only cut for 1-2 months. But I'm working out for 3 months then cutting for 1 month. If you lose motivation, get a pic of a body that you want, and whenever you lose motivation look at that pic and that should help (well it helps me at least lol)

Thanks for that. I'm going to start when i get back from holiday. my dad already made pretty decent progress with what we were doing. he went from 18% body fat to 15% in a month. how much weight are you lifting right now?

That's good body fat loss, but honestly, after this program. You will be able to lose about 5-8% body fat within a month (if you are 15-20% body fat). The great part of the program, is that your never hungry. Also, in order to lose a lot of BF %, you need extra muscle, cause when you cut, your losing small amounts of muscle. Good thing theirs muscle memory haha
Id rather not say how much I'm lifting :P But let's just say its not much haha, but I've been adding 5 lb a week. Sadly, at my home gym, I only have weights that go up to about 95 lb or so :/
