Okay, so I'm bored of using Weebly, webnone, webs, wix and other web hosts for my websites. So, I'm going to host a simple website on dropbox, can anyone link my to some HTML tutorials? I know just extremely basic HTML and how to patch parts together to make stuff work, but i want to be able to make websites completely from scratch.
My website is going to just a test site full of random stuff, its just to practice what I learn.

See this (http://w3fools.com/) on why you should not use w3schools.

While Dropbox may be good for learning, it is by no means a complete webhost. But at this stage, that doesn't matter yet.
Try searching for a good tutorial, excluding "w3schools". Here are results from 2 search engines:
https://duckduckgo.com/?q=html+tutorial+-w3schools
https://ixquick.com/do/metasearch.pl?q=html%20tutorial%20-w3schools

By the way, you don't have to have to host it online, per se. Static HTML documents work perfectly fine on your very own computer(just accessing the file), or you could install a local webserver, such as XAMPP (http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html).

W3 schools has actually been a pretty good reference point for me. But what ever.

I am interested in that too. I am planning to make a forum and use godaddy hosting.
