New Hairstyle (Guys)

So I'm really bored with my current hairstyle i normally slick it back. I don't want anything with spikes. If you could please include a picture or good instructions i would appreciate it.

Let it grow out a little, and just kind of sweep it to one side. not like a beiber style though.
