Hi i'm 13 and when I first started jerking off it was 2 months ago and I could cum a LOT then and only in 2 minutes or under. But now, it takes me 10 minutes and my arm gets REALLY tired and when I do cum its only a tiny, tiny bit. Is it normal?

I think it is because you are jacking off a lot and cumming more often. The more often you do it the longer it takes. If you were to lay off for a week I think you would cum fast again.
