Your mom shouldn't be looking down there in the first place, much less embarrasing you by bringing the subject up. If you feel like they're doing things to you or looking at you and you wouldn't like it, I would suggest asking them to stop, and if that doesn't work, try talking to someone (eg: teacher, counselor, etc.).
