Do any of you take Commuter rail to school/work?
I do not, the only time i use our commuter rail is when going to events in San Fran that BART and Muni cannot get me to.
What about you guys?

Well, go trains are commuter rail, so there's your answer. :P
I take rapid transit sometimes, it's a little more reliable than commuter rail

(OP bump)
I've been using a lot of different train systems lately. BART and Muni metro when en route to SF, and Caltrain to get home.

Pat, I use the bus to travel to school but an interesting anecdote;
On the student information form:
How does your child get to school?
List of means of transport:
"London Underground"
It would be physically impossible for this to apply. :P

Transperth is a very vast network that will take me just about anywhere withing Greater Perth... And even beyond! (Down to Mandurah, in Peel).
So yes. And I love taking Transperth (if they're on-time, et cetera).

I live in Middle Tennessee and we have the Music City Star that runs from Leabanon to Nashville. I don't ride it but I ride the same rails on a different train. MSG me and I'll explain...

I want trams back. In Hobart City, they'd be useful in a city loop. I love Adelaide's public transport system. I loved their free city loop trams and busses. I just really liked Adelaide
