So last weekend, I had a couple drinks to much, and I could really feel I was intoxicated by the alcohol. I didn't get as much as throwing up would be necessary, but I was quiet nauseous the day after. However doing the night, I woke up several times, because my arm was numb? This worried me alot. I have never had it that way before. Can't see what could be causing this, other than the alcohol. Could somebody please explain why this happened?
Thanks

I don't know much about alcohol, other than it may be because you're drinking too much?
Sorry I can't help, I just wanted to reply because I see you didn't have one :\

Well, alcohol is a depressant so it would lower your blood pressure, decreasing blood flow to the tissues and possibly resulting in a numb arm. However, you also could have just been sleeping on it funny.

Yeah, but the thing is, it usually never sleeps, so it kinda scared me : /

Alcohol causes veins to dilate and keeps blood from getting to extremities. It's a normal effect of alcohol especially if you slept on your arm.

You definitely shouldn't worry about drinking again though. :P
I don't think you'd be able to stop anyways. I mean c'mon... You're Danish xD

Alcohol will make you feel numb, it's part of the reason why people like to drink :p. But yeah I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Can't see how a numb arm would be pleasant, but okay :)

Maybe you were sleeping on your arm? I usually get a dead arm/hand that way. I don't think it has anything to do with the drinking (:

As a Russian, and in some areas, Including where I live during the spring/summer, You are able to drink at 12 years of age. And yes, I get hammered all the time I go XD
Anywhom, Achahol does make you feel numb. Definitely helps when I have a headache or I fell on something. Also good for emotional pain, But I'm usually emotionless. But, Could be both you laying down on it and the achahol. Just wondering, How much was it?

Its just your body's reaction to it, i also go numb.. like my nose and stuff its weird but wears off so i wouldnt worry unless you still experience it whilst sober.
