I don't know how old you are nor how sexually active you are, but if you want to be completely sure, get a HIV checkup done to both of you. I've only been plowed through once, and it was with condom, so can't really say much. however, unlike with a woman and vagina, the cum can only travel out the ass since cum is only able to travel deeper into the body through vaginal means.
