Should I already have chest hair

Im a thirteen years old and I already have a distinct line of chest hair just above the pubic area also when I do swimming at school the girls love it and it seems like a real turn on but ive noticed that no one else has any chest hair yet so is this normal and aswell would you recommed I shave it off. Also I have a lot of armpit hair and my voice has already broke. It seems like ive already nearly finished puberty because my penis is 6.2 inches erect what means I dont think it will grow that much more

A lot of people start puberty early this the exact problem for my friend but he seems he is 20 when only he is 13

You are just an early bloomer. One of my friends is 15 and when he was 13 he had really hairy legs, treasure trail, lots of pit hair, and had hair on his chest. He had to start shaving when he was 10. Not sure if it's related, but he is middle east ancestry but don't know if that impacts it.
