Interesting. I am circumcised as well and when fully erect there is no extra skin. HAve you fully gone through puberty? or still in the process? I can't fully remember but I think before I went through puberty I may have had some extra skin too.

I believe I am still going through puberty, as I am only 15. I think I have a little bit of extra skin simply do to the fact that I stretch it out through masturbation almost every day. Also I'm pretty sure I wasn't circumcised as tight as normal.

When I am soft, the head is about the same size as the shaft, but when I'm hard, the base of the head is bigger thatn the shaft. This doesn't cause any problems because I have some extra skin that helps me glide over the bump

There are different types of circumcision, with a loose circumcision there is still some loose skin (hence the name...) where as white a tight circumcision the skins are pulled tightly together, allowing no loose skin.
