Well in answer to your question, wearing a long sleeved top or jumper can cover wrist cuts.

But please don't cut your wrists. If you are going to cut try somewhere that has less of a chance to of accidently causing serious damage or hitting any arteries or veins. You may not intend to, but you may unintentionally cut deeper than expected and severe something important. Just think about it, alright?

Bracelets work really well. Also, if you can cover them up with band-aids, then you can claim that you burned yourself on a baking sheet or something. (Just don't use this one too often.)

I used the same excuses at first and believe me, later it got worse. So yeah, he/she had better use it rarely :)

Hi Victoria. First, I think how much blood your getting could depend on what you're using. What do you cut with? I've always found that a razor blade is the best. The deeper you cut, the more you bleed. (I'm sure you know that already) I've cut my thighs before, but that didn't last very long it's always been my arms. If you're only cuttin your wrists you could easily hide it with some bracelets. I myself have to wear long sleeves 24/7 & when I'm working I wear under armours (the ones that only cover your forearm.) if you get tired of the sleeves you could just wear those with a short sleeve shirt, I do that sometimes.

No. I cut my wrists and I did regret it. When it was damn hot my amazing self had to go out in long sleeved top, thought I'dd faint I was so hot ); But like the person above said it does depends how deep you cut, I always found my thighs that was bleeding the most but left really horrible scars after.

I was always different from everybody else. No one knew wat i went through the kids i went to school with always just laughed at me. I would always run out of class.to the bathroom and cry or dig out my razor that i always saved in my backpack ... its hard to keep a secret when its written all over your body. Most of my cuts are on my wrists and legs i have a few on my chest and inner thighs.

I get a lot of blood from my shoulders, its easy to hide under tshirts and people rarely look there. If youre set on wrists then wristbands (like tennis players have) or wide bracelets cover up pretty good

Here is an easy answer. Don't cut anything. I don't see why people cut themselves.

I'm sorry.. But what?! I'm sorry but if you understand something that's a sensitive subject to alot of people, don't say anything. It's alright saying "don't cut" but it's not always that "easy". Don't assume things.

Honestly? Don't cut your wrists, like people have already said, it's easy to go that little bit too deep. I regret cutting my wrists, well now I do anyway... They're not that bad and you can only see them if you actually look but I get really self conscious about them, and bracelets and such don't always cover them properly. I just regret doing it - hence why I only did/do them on my thighs and stomach, they're places that can be easily hidden.

Stay strong and I hope this helps :)

I'm sorry. I have never known anybody that cuts them self so I just expected that it would be easy to quit. I'm sorry for any harm caused

Not that i would suggest cutting on your wrists but wrist bands/ sweat bands work well. I'm not gonna tell you not to cut because that would make me a massive hypocrite but please be careful not to cut too deep.
