I have weird hair
I mean like
(Im 13)
I have no armpit hair
Very little pubic hair except on my scrotum
And a little on my upper lip
it seems all in the wrong order...

You just sound like you haven't gotten those things yet. You aren't even a late bloomer because you already started puberty obviously - you have pubic hair
And it's not odd at all. It's just different and seems weird, but it's normal because you're in puberty and it will vary

there is no problem with you. if there is one thing i've learnt in puberty it is that things can happen in different orders for different people. you have nothing to worry about.

it's fine, the hair's just coming in in a different order.

everything happens in different orders for different poeple. you are completly normal and eventually you will have hair all over.
