Is it true that the later you start puberty the more likely you are to experience it a lot
i.e. if you start puberty quite late then your voice will take a while to break but when it does it will go really deep, probably.

No. It's not true - everybody grows at different rates and it varies. A person that started later may have a deeper voice or may not - it's mostly dependent on genes.
So no, people who start puberty late won't always have a bigger penis, deeper voice or be taller

The only difference I've heard suggested is that guys who start later might end up taller, because they have more total growth time. I'm not sure if this has been proven, though.

I dont think thats true. I mean I guess that people that start earlier experience it longer but people end up somewhat the same.
