Well, today is my first day of P90X. I've attempted it 4x and this is my 5th time. I feel very motivated, but, I know that I will lose motivation within a few days haha
Any motivation to push play everyday?
How can I not be tempted to eat u healthy food?
Does eating Mint gum actually help cravings?
Every other day, can I reward myself with 1/2 cup of Jell-O Brand Instant Pudding? (Where you stir in 3 cups of milk and mix the powder with the milk, it's chocolate flavor)

motivation is having a pic of urself now and a pic of where u hope to be, motivation has to be all u, u gotta want it
ur always gonna be tempted to eat bad, u just have to not do it
gum does kinda help curve cravings depending on who u are but they quickly come back
if ur gonna eat jello, u gotta eat the fat free kind with skim milk, otherwise stay away from it all together

Hey, good luck. how is it going so far? i've looked at it a couple of times but i don't think i have the time to fit it in. their diet plan tho, i'd do it backwards. start on an average amount of carbs to give you energy to get through the first couple of weeks - apparently cutting carbs too fast can mess with your metabolism, then i'd do the high protein low carb in the last couple of weeks to burn off the fat i had left. but thats just me, obviously they know what they're doing.
Some people have a cheat day every week, where they eat pretty much whatever they like, within reason. not like 9 pizzas or anything crazy. maybe it would be easier to stick to your diet 6 days a week and have a day off? then you don't feel like you are missing out on anything. its probably not going to have such a good effect as doing it 7 days a week, but its better than losing motivation and giving up totally.
good luck.

Good luck!~ I just finished Insanity (I know it's not the same as P90X) a month or so ago and that was a pain in the ass to do because I had and still have soccer basically everyday... Everytime that trainer, Shaun T or whatever the hell his name was, yelled: "You can do this; keep pushing yourself!" I honestly wanted to throw a chair at him..
Anyways, best of luck to you; some good motivation is thinking of what you want to accomplish and what you hope to get out of the program! (:
