Harry lives, Voldemort dies. What did you think?

I really wasn't expecting Fred to die. The Dursleys really weren't mentioned as much as I thought either.

Overall though I thought it was great. What do you guys think?

It's not very clear that there's spoilers because the name is so long that {SPOILER ZONE} is at the very back of the title! I think that should be changed, because your first few words are immediate spoilers! Lol

I don't see why someone who doesnt want to read spoilers would want to read a HPDH thread. People take it too far sometimes. It's not that hard to stay out of a thread that says HPDH clearly written on it.

EDIT: I edited the first post so now there's no reason to be confused.

I had a theory in which the harry is a horcrux was a part, and that was also the one where neville killed the snake, so I was pretty good on that. :P

i was sooooo sad when fred died, and when george lost his ear. and when i found out lupin and tonks had died, i almost started screaming!

i really hope rowling dont continue a story with harry ginny ron and hermione's children. it would just totally kill it. if she wrote something like what phillip pullman did with the his dark materials series and lyra's oxford it would be okay. but definitely not another series.

When I found out Snape was good, I almost pulled out my hair....and when he had a crush on Lilly Potter;) But I dont understand why Harry didnt take the Hallows...THEYRE MAD AWESOME!!!!

well i also thought that he should have taken the hallows because it seemed like it was his destiny but also i thought that we had already learned about lily's and snape's infatuation. so yeah. IM DONE WITH THE BOOK!!!! and i knew that dumbledore trusted him for a reason

It is the last book in the series and she has no plans for writing another HP book. But she might write an encycopedia on all the charcters on what sort of happened to each between the last chapter and the epilogue. Oh and i finished the book in 2 days in about 20 hours. oh yah... I ROCK!

Did anybody actually get the bit with dumbledore because i found it a bit wierd. I kind of half understood it but not completly.

What do you think to the 17 years later bit. I think it took it too far and was a bit over the top. The book would have been fine without it.Apart from that it was fab. I got midnight friday and finished it 11am on the sunday i just could not put it down.
