It sounds like an infection, see your primary care doctor asap.. That area of the body is not to be joking around with... You don't need to be masturbating to get infections, it can be a variety of things such as improper cleaning... Also it can be from just from being allergic to your laundry detergent.

It may no be infection I had jock itch this winter and it was alot like that. The fungus can actually spread to foreskin too (so I learned). Sounds horrible but simple cream and gone in a week. Def something to get checked out by a doc though. Maybe talk to dad first though may be something hes dealt with before. I'm betting its nothing serious though. Good Luck!!

Ok, so we know this isn't normal. You need to see a doctor and describe the conditions as yes, it sounds a lot like an infection. Get it sorted now because it may get worse and develop, you may starting urinating blood and getting bumps, so don't delay.

Has your mum changed the washing powder (detergent) recently? Or have you changed soap, shampoo or whatever you use to "wash down there"?

These are all things that it could be. Failing that, as everyone else has said, it could be an infection, you dont have to have sex to get them, it can be caused simply by your penis touching the urinal or toilet seat. In any case, see a doctor, they might simply take a urine sample or a swab, but either way, you dont want it falling off do you?

Agreed, the soap option seems like it could be it, however tell your parents and see a GP. Most likley its easily treatable but you need to see a doc to make it happen. Don't be embarrassed, trust me the docs have seen far worse.

Sounds to me like you have some infection. I'm uncut too and have to make sure I pull back my foreskin and wash when I take a shower.
