So I Already Found Out That Not Eating Won't Help Me So I Need To Figure Some Healthier Ways To Lose Weight.
Catagories For Suggestions:
-Excersie Routines
-Diets
-Sports(That U Can Lose Weight Fast Doing)
Etc.

Excersie Routines : u should work out at least 45 min a day
Sports : swimming helps losing lot of weight :)

time doesnt really matter, its ur intensity, ive seen ppl in the gym for 2 hours that do less then what ive done it about 45 mins.

best thing would prob be to consult your physed teacher, they can give u a hand with what kind of rountine u should do.

yes swimming would prob be one of the best to lose weight, also cross country running and cross country skiing
