So um. I get/have the worst muscle knots in my entire upper body. So I'm kinda wondering what I can do about them?

I've heard places that massages can help, but I'm physically unable to have a massage for other reasons. I've also heard that hot baths/steam works, and I can do that occasionally, but not really.

So yeah, any ideas?

YOu can go to the Pharmacy/Drug Store...I get a cream that has a muscle relaxant in it that also heats up and it really helps.

I would put t on after a soccer game because my gastrocnemi (calves) would cream up so tight. It heaped wonders along with a small dose of ibuprofen.

You can massage yourself. I know it's tough, since you need to use your arms, which are part of your upper body, but massage is the most effective way to get rid of them. Try going from the center of the knot, outwards.
