It's probably acne. It's normal. You should wash it every now and again with unscented soaps and mineral scrubs, and every time you sweat, wash as well. They should disappear in the next year or so.
There are some useful tips on this on the NHS Website. (http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/Acne/Pages/Treatment.aspx)

I think they would go with time, just wash regularly! :)

Washing can decrease the number of pimples mostly with sulfuric soaps
And they will be gone 2 if u give them time :D

Happens to me all the time. My shoulders and back are some problem areas. Just make sure that if you sweat and/or work out frequently, to just wash up afterwards. Also proactiv sells a body cleansing bar that is meant to clear up body acne. That may help too

how the pimple starts is that inside your body, oil is massively produced during puberty and the skin blocks the oil coming out and whats made is a round hard thing. now the best way to get rid of it is by first opening the blocked holes with the oil which is to wash your skin by hot or warm water. then the oil will come out and very gently without touching the skin to much wash it wish soap, because actually the reason why the hole blocks is that there is to much dirty things on your skin so wash it wish soap and last of all dont touch them, thats very important, as you grow up these things will go away normally but if you keep touching them they will leave a dent hole on your skin so dont touch them

I've had a couple on my butt before. You squeeze them, the white junk comes out, and then it goes away eventually. No big deal.

Those aren't weird places at all. I have a little on chest and back, but like 5 all together. Just use acne medication. Wherever acne is, you can use acne medication. Even if it's on your pubic area. Also, never, ever squeeze pimples. Only a facialist should do that. They know the technique and everything, if you squeeze, the puss will go around the pimple, and eventually clog the pores causing even more acne. Just use acne medication and wait it out, regular use of acne medication will prevent them. The best acne medication is Neutrogenia Daily Scrub or Mask, it's used in 2 different ways, like a two in one, a daily wash or a 2x a week mask. Also, you should use Salyclic Acid more than Benzoyl Peroxide, Benzoyle kills the acne causing germs, while Salyclic Acid causing your skin to grow new skin cells extra fast, meaning it wont have much time to clog pores and cause a bunch of acne.
