Hey I'm wondering when do you have a growth spurt I'm 13 got pubic hair little armpit hair and able to ejaculate but not lots,my mum is short and I don't know about my dad he is dead when did you have yours. I am the shortest in my year at school. Thanks do you have any tips onhow to grow taller.

Well, there aren't really any 'tips', your body will grow when it's ready. I remember having a growth spurt at 14. It doesn't always happen at 13, some people are early and some people are late. Most people experience this from 13-15 years of age anyway, so you don't have anything to worry about. You can't really associate other puberty signs to when you predict other things may happen, they all happen when your body is ready. Let nature do its job.

there aren't any 'tips' really, however obviously eating healthy & getting a good night rest helps. your height is determined by your genetics. every one is different, i am having a growth spurt now and im 13. some people the same age in my class are dinosaurs, while others are tiny as they haven't started their growth spurt yet.

I had a decent growth spurt between 13 and 14. Grew about 4 inches taller and my willy got bigger (big enough to notice a change).

Things have kinda slowed down now, but I've been told there will be another growth spurt when the 2nd wave of puberty hits me.
