im gonna join wrestling and i found a singlet around my house but i dont know what size it is i saw the number 30 on one of its legs i dont know what it means ii know it hasnt been used though also should i wear underwear or none in it

my brother is a wrestler and i asked him about the number and he never saw it on his, but as to what to wear under it either ur underwear, compression shorts or a jock...don't freeball dude not only will hurt but ur junk will be out there for everyone to check
