Humble Bundle V

Indie Developers, Steam, and a charity organization have teamed up together to release the Humble Bundle (https://www.humblebundle.com/). What it is essentially is a chance to buy 8 great indie games for cheap, and also have your proceeds go to charity. The price to unlock all 8 games is what is right above the average payment. So if at the time the average payment is $8.01, you must pay $8.02 to unlock all 8 games. It's a great deal, you also get Steam Keys for every game in the bundle.

If you pay less than the average, you only unlock four games, which includes Amnesia: The Dark Descent. It's not a bad deal at all. As long as you pay $1, you will unlock Steam keys for every game.

One more thing, you can also download 5 OST's for games in the bundle.

Pretty much an excellent deal, great for any gamer who hasn't been able to afford these games before. On top of that, part or all (your call) of your spendings can go to charity.

I've heard one of my friends constantly tell me how great it is and how I should get it and all that jazz. He keeps offering to send me games, which are very great and awesome, apparently. I tried one once, but I wasn't too impressed. Since I use Linux(:cool:), he had to send me that version, which seemed hastily thrown together so that they could say "We have a Linux version! We so awesome."

So, I'm probably not going to be buying it.

Already have Psychonauts..hmm..maybe..I dunno. I'll consider it. Yeah, I've heard good things about it, but..if I do buy it, I'll probably post the Psychonauts key here for anything who wants it..

Can't you gift it to someone else with steam though if you already have it? I did that with a friend who wanted a game and I had two copies so just sent him the extra one. I love the humble bundles. I pretty much get all of them even though I don't play the games much.

I got it. I havent played through all of the games yet, but so far Limbo and Bastion both are pretty good.
