I've gone a month. I just can't do it anymore. I think the trigger was just seeing that young Carers letter come through the door. I just give up

Don't give up. you CAN do this. You have gone a month, that proves how strong you are! I can't even go more then 2 days! Just keep fighting. Try to distract yourself, maybe go for a run, watch a movie, draw, write in a diary ect.

Please don't give up, you can do this. I know it is hard, the urges are strong but you are stronger. You have made it so far! You don't have to give up.

Easier said than done in my house (distracting myself) and if there's not shouting then my I'm looking after my autistic brother. Things only ever get worse.

I have my own room but doesn't feel like that. Don't really have a chance and when I do I'm in bed at night crying

Could you find even just a few moments to sneak away to even a bathroom or something? Just take a breather?

A month is amazing, you should be so proud of yourself for just that alone.
Distractions can be hard to find but maybe you just need to find one that's right for you, something like music, writing/poetry, running, cooking, a cold shower, just anything that you enjoy that could keep your mind off it might be helpful. Don't give up just yet, there is always a way out even if it doesn't feel as though there is.

Yeah, like Nikki said, going a month without is really impressive and guess what? Relapses happen. It's part of quitting. But just because you relapse doesn't mean that you're failing. Things can get better, I promise. Try not to relapse, but remember that it isn't the end of the world if you do. :hug3:
