some people get more precum than others, and some more at different times (like if your hornier). And some people dribble, some shoot a little, and some a lot- its all normal, and nothing to worry about!!

Firstly, yes you may pre-cum the older you get, it is normal for you not to at your age.

Secondly, a lot of people tend to 'drop' semen rather than 'shoot'. It doesn't really matter though, it still has sperm to make a baby right?

1) Pre-cum is normal, as well as not having it. For me, I get a little, sometimes, but it's basically nothing. Having it and not having it are both normal cases.
2) Not everyone can shoot; some people can and some people can't. However, both are normal. Personally, I shoot.

For precum there are two variables: level of arousal and genetics. The Horner you are, the more precum you'll have. On the other hand, some peopl just naturally make more precum.
As for shooting, that is more to do with physical development and genetics. I didn't start to shoot until I was 15 but now I always shoot

Well, it's kind of hard to see or feel pre cum while jackin off. I'm sure everybody, including you, have precum during jerk offs. And if you're just plain concerned that you're not making precum, just read or watch somethin that makes you hard. then touch or check your dick or underwear for wet spots. That's the easiest way to figure out if you have pre cum without jerking off and accidentally getting rid of it every time you touch it.

And not everybody is able to shoot their cum. don't worry about it. However, if you really want to shoot when cumming, I suggest that you get yourself really horny for a couple of days without jerking off. That usually works for me. otherwise, i'm usually a dribbler myself.

Some people precum, while others don't. Both are normal.

You may start to shoot as you get older, though some people don't. It doesn't really matter though.
