Whenever I seem to post a visitor message I seem to get this message in the process as though I've pressed it twice which I haven't. :S

Are you using anything other than computer?

This generally happens with either:

A. A slow internet connection.
B. If you accidentally click the "Post" button twice.

You are probably double clicking. If you try to post multiple times, double click, it will display that to prevent you from posting the same thing twice.
